select Family and Online Safety as the category
select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic
skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

once you get through you can explain the situation.

If you talk to xbox customer service either on the phone or via live chat, they should be able to issue a refund for you for the call of duty points that you don't want. Good luck and I hope you get sorted soon.
