Please help me. Error code 0x80a4000a

Restart console 5 times, shut off power then restart xbox one 5 times still see stupid code: 0x80a4000a.

Hi, on my settings it says my Xbox is connected to my wifi but on the home page it says “connect to the network”

Never mind I think it’s worked now. I’ll keep you posted!

I'm glad to hear your console works on a different network.

First, I'd suggest going back to your Home's WiFi and checking if the issues persist. Sometimes connecting a device to a different network and then switching back helps with this kind of problem. Should you encounter the same problem, please go to Settings > General > Network Settings > Test network connection, and let me know the results of the test.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues with your console.

• Would you mind giving this a try?

- Press and hold your console's power button until it shuts down.
- Unplug the console's power cord for 5 minutes. If you have the original Xbox One, you'll have to unplug the power supply unit from both the console and the outlet.
- Turn your modem/router off and unplug them for 5 minutes.
- Plug everything back together and check if the issues persist.

• If that doesn't work, I'd appreciate your answering the following questions:

- May I ask which Xbox model you are using?

- May I ask what was the error you received when trying to open games/apps?

- Could you go to Settings > General > Network Settings, and let me know what you see under "Current Network Status"?

In addition to this, please select "Test network connection." and let me know the results.
