please help me doom game codes

I pre-order doom 1 week before came out, may 13. they sent me the codes for doom 1 and doom 11 today to my dashboard but now they are gone. did not have time to download them. or anything...

I purchase Doom and they send me codes for play retro doom 1 and 2 (preorder gift), but the first code of doom 1 doesnt work!!

I purchased doom and still have not got doom 1 or 2 codes and its been 11 days. says i should get in 7-10 days, please help.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your codes, and you're right to post here as phone and chat support don't deal with promotional codes, so forum support are best placed to be able to help. You've posted this question in the correct category, so they should
be able to send you the code(s) again and either PM you or let you know through this thread that this has been sent.

Please also note that the Xbox Forum staff will not provide new codes for this, they will only retrieve previously issued codes.

Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum,I apologize for a delay in response.

It may be due to the Premium Upgrade, they may have purchased it to get early access. There is a DOOM: The Dark Ages Premium Upgrade which you can purchase separately to get the Premium benefits which includes the 2-Day Early Access. It's just an upgrade, so it does not include base game.
