I can play GoW 4 with other tags. I can not play only sonchou tags.

The sonchou tag can be played normally in other games

Have you tried to hard reset if on console?:yes.

Reboot router, re launch the game and see if resolved?:yes.

What I already did:

・ Delete and restore gamertag.

・ Cache clear.

・ Delete game data.

・ Uninstall and reinstall the game.

・ Restart the modem and LAN router.

・ Change the region and language of XBOXONE main body to English setting and restart.

・ Initialization of XBOX ONE.

・ Inquiries to Xbox support. (Tag is normal, live is normal, )

Please. Please improve so that I can play Gears of War 4!
