    it's been over a week and I still can't connect to Xbox live on a 360. My wireless connection is strong and I've followed all the steps from Xbox live support and still nothing

    Could anyone help I have a problem with adding friends it comes up with cannot complete this action or something like that please contact xbox.com friends can't add me I'm loosing my mind HELP PLEASE Please help! Me and my kids are loosing it :)

    Please be advised that we cannot manually change our account age because the system always recognizes the first date of birth we entered upon the creation of the account.

    If your account is still minor, you would need to be part of a Microsoft Family group. Only an organizer or adult account can change a child's privacy settings.

    How do i change my age on xbox live?

    Is this for certain? I purchased the Live card for the year for my son.. but my husband wants to use it too.. When we started a couple months ago, I put my son's info in.. b date, address, blah blah.. now it will not let us down load on the xbox 360 card
    and watch R rated moves in Netflix.. I am so ticked. my kid does NOT want to loose his online gaming whatever in Ghosts.. what do I do??? how can I fix this?? Some one please please help me... This is stupid.. it should not have let me do this from the
    get go... I should have given me a warning saying it would not be able to used for these things.. ARG!!!
