Please help im at the end of my tether.......

Purchased my daughter minecraft java from CD keys to play on her laptop. She entered the code but the game has basically disappeared.

Minecraft help would only respond once every 24hours and have now said they cant help anymore and need to go to Microsoft. This is on my daughters laptop so not able to have laptop with me at work and by the time I get home support is closed, can anyone please give me an email address or phone number to find someone that can just dial into the laptop and find the blasted game! I dont want to buy another game and the same thing happens again, absolutely disgusted with the whole thing.

So nothing under my account and only the coins that we purchased on the same day at same time are showing on her account? Where the hec has the game gone?

No it isnt on that account as it was sent to my daughter and downloaded on her laptop, so how do I find out what account it is on then?
