Please help I want to play black ops 2 online

I am trying to turn my brand new account on my xbox360 into a live account but once I choose my contact preferences and starts downloading it gives the an error message that says "Sorry, this action cant be preformed at this time. Try again later. Visit www.xbox.com/support for more information" And it gives me the error message 80154058.

same problem here. downloaded all the freebees for Black Ops 2, and now I can not play Black Ops 2 online. other games work fine. Black ops 2 = connection to xbox live lost!!!
