IIf anyone has found a way to contact trion support please help me. I emailed them and they didn't respond. I called them and they no longer have customer support over the phone. I tried calling an operator, but they all went to voicemail. I found a live
chat, but it says that I need a patron pass or a recent purchase, which I have. But it says I dont

Download not working

I recently downloaded the borderlands 2 season pass and it does say in the dlc list it says purchased and the other Dlc's all say free but when I download them it says purchased but doesn't work in the game. I have the same sort of problem with the compatibility
pack which allows me to play on online but it just keeps asking me to download it again. please can someone help?

Refund for undownloaded season pass

I purchased Defiance and liked it so I bought the season pass. ~30 days after i bought it the disc would no longer work so i sent it to Trion Worlds for a warranty but they said that they can't do anything for me. I haven't downloaded any of the data I paid
for (season pass DLCs), is there any way that I can get reimbursed the MSP I paid for the season pass since I haven't and wont be downloading what I purchased?

A season pass does grant access to some of the DLC that is available. However, the DLC must be accessed from within the game. Did you try getting it from the in-game menu?

That is unfortunate. As the pass doesn't seem to be working properly for you I'm going to recommend trying to contact phone support for more assistance.

Did you go to inventory menu , press LT , click on store and check if you found your Season Pass content there. Then go to claim items.

If not, try that and let me know if it worked. If you did, I did a quick Google search and there have been a bunch of past reports regarding DLC and not getting items and it sounds like most were resolved by contacting the publisher directly (http://forums.defiance.com/).

season passes are a waste. by the time all the content comes out you probably stopped playing the game. I pruchased Judgement, Defiance, BL2, and CoD season passes over teh past year and teh onyl one worth it was BL2. i wasted 100 dollars on the other 3
