Please Help, I really want my $500+ in rewards that im owed but the system isn't able to ...

I keep getting an email every month that says "Your account needs attention to make a deposit!" so now i have accumulated 500,000+ rewards points that im owed but cant get! My region and currency is and always has been US, im able to purchase games
on my xbox without issue using my account. When i goto account.microsoft.com the only thing out of place i see is a billing profile for CA (Canada) that shouldn't be there named "CA - Personal Account", ive never been to CA or used CA as my region/curency
on any devices. My account also has 2 other billing profiles named "US - Personal Account" and US - Business Account" for a total of 3. Im not sure if that is the reason it wont deposit but if so it WONT let me delete the CA billing profile at all. Can someone
please help look at my account so i can get the rewards that im owed for soooo long???? EVERYTHING on my end looks ok except that one profile.

I spent $294 dollars since Feb 3 2017, still no credits or deposits incoming!

I just got off the phone with 1-800-4MY-XBOX. They told me to come here. I've been buying a lot of games lately and been curious about my rewards that I should be getting back. All my rewards I'm owed go back to Feb 3, 2017. At 10%, 5-star, what i'm owed
is 29,000 credits or $29.00 dollars. However, for the entire time my rewards meter should have been growing its been stuck at saying I only have 1,000 credits and I could order a early deposit for 3-30-17, pffff really?. I really want to know whats going on
with my rewards. I'd really like to spend it on something right now as a matter of fact. Someone Plz help!

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding your strange account information, since we only handle the Xbox Live Rewards program,
