PLEASE HELP I lost my 19 year tenure badge!!!

Hello,

I've been auto re-newing Xbox Live for the past 19 years and accouple of days ago I made a split decision to end it for just this month. I had money issues and that was a payment that would help me out a bit to get rid of temporarily. So I did and just now I looked at my account, and my 19 year tenure badge is gone!!! I genuinely never knew it restarts if you end Gold and resub again! I thought someone hacked my account or something. I just re-subscribed to Game pass Ultimate and I am praying that I can get my 19 year badge back (it was literally going to turn 20 this September...).

I know this sounds childish, but the amount of time I have on this account and as much Xbox I play, I am distraught that I've lost a symbol of that time.

I've read some posts on the Microsoft forum saying they directed them to this subreddit so I just came here as well as filed a report on my Xbox. I'm not sure how Microsoft responds to your report you filed on your console (guessing they message you on Xbox saying the verdict) but if anyone has insight on that please let me know.

Just to add that you are not alone. My badge disappeared a few weeks ago and has not come back. I think it has broken somewhere in the back-end and stopped counting as my 360 profile still shows tenure but stuck at 19.

I was a member of the Xbox Live beta and have had no breaks in tenure either, with my current subscription not expiring until Nov 2023.

Add my name to the list. I have a 17 year tenure badge but no Gold badge. How is that even possible? I had Gold from 2006 to 2019 when I switched to Game Pass Ultimate which included Gold.

This happens to me every year for about a week then it comes back, but usually with an added year. This year however, it disappeared for a week and came back but it still says 12 when it should now be 13. Hopefully it updates properly.
