    I was permanently suspended from Xbox Live on September 6, 2019. I went through every method of support Microsoft has to offer. I was put through loops to no avail, so I am back and am begging for an answer.

    I was permanently suspended for cheating, which is bizarre as I never cheated. The account that was suspended I have had for 7 years, and has tons of time and money spent into it. This is the main point I have been so confused on. Using home gold I could
    easily make a new account and use that to cheat if I wanted to, so why on Earth would I risk 7 YEARS of time and money to cheat in a game. I fully understand the Code of Conduct, and have used Xbox as my main platform of gaming for as long as I could remember.

    Originally I thought my account was banned because somebody else used it, but this has been completely ruled out. My password was changed over a month before I was banned to just guarantee my accounts were secure, as the password was very old. Nobody could
    have used my account on another Xbox because of this, and nobody used my account other than me on my Xbox, as it has a 6 digit passkey and nobody else even has access to the actual console besides me.

    My first way of handling this was going through the enforcement website. I submitted a case review and I explained how confused I was and my loyalty to Xbox, and the response I received was copy and pasted from the code of conduct. It felt like the person
    who reviewed my case didn't even read it. I tried to find other ways to get information, but there is nothing else on the enforcement site I can use.

    After this, I went to here, the forums. I asked a question which was VERY specific, and the Xbox Ambassador who responded didn't read my question properly and gave an answer with no relevance to my situation. He then locked my thread and marked his answer
    as the correct answer, even though it was far from correct or relevant. Because I wasn't able to respond to him or message him, I then edited my original post and posted it again, and my thread was locked for spamming (which is very understandable, but also
    very infuriating.)

    I then went to a live online chat room through the help page on Microsoft's website, and the person talking to me promised me an email explaining more details about my situation, but I never received one.

    THEN I went to twitter and tagged Xbox and Xbox support saying how insane the whole situation is, and another Xbox Ambassador responded to me asking for more details. I responded back with more details, and he never responded back.

    It's been three months since this. I tried to just let it go and say goodbye to Xbox but I can't. I want to keep enjoying Xbox for more years to come, and get new games and controllers for Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

    I am loyal to Xbox. I love playing the games it offers. I never cheated, and I refuse to let go of my account with all the progress and money that has gone into it.

    I am asking for someone to respond with what I can try to do to recover my account. I can't submit a case review, and I have read everything on the enforcement website. I can't accept the fact that Xbox would ban someone loyal to them who did nothing wrong.

    And to any Xbox Ambassadors who respond to my thread, please don't lock it so I can respond. I just some help.

    My gamertag is S3XYxRootBeer (I made it that 7 years ago so don't judge.)

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans. If you already submitted a case review and they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.
    There's no way to contact the enforcement team in case there's an error? And thank you for not locking the thread because I assume ambassadors are told to do that as protocol.

    Ambassadors do not have the power to lock threads. Only moderators do.

    actions on an account. Also, the
    Xbox Enforcement Team
    are not active on the Xbox forums. The only way to contact them is by filing a case review. We understand that you are not able to submit a case review for the account so the ruling stands. Unfortunately, an account that is permanently

    A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team and you only get one. Even with submitting a case review that means your case was looked into twice (once with the initial report and again with the review). It's rare that they make mistakes.

    Ambassadors do not have the power to lock threads. Only moderators do.
