Please help. I have been wrongly acussed of bad language which had resulted in a 1 year ban

If you’re an organizer of an Xbox family group, you can choose the Gamertag of the account that you’re reviewing under Showing enforcements. Under Previous or Current you will find “Completed suspensions” and “Active suspensions” for your account or the account that you’ve selected.

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.
After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

Note: Xbox won’t tolerate abusive behavior. When you submit an appeal or reply to an agent’s request for additional info, don’t abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content. I have had bad language pop ups on sony, over 10 years maybe 6 pop up messages, never a ban.

To be honest, I am quite offended and you are wrongly acussing me of something I have not done! This is slander! I want a mod to end this topic!! You are ruining my reputation because you are bitter that someone smashed up your world and needed someone to
blame.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team (the only ones who handle suspensions/bans). Investigations take time, so your suspensions could be for actions that happened weeks or months ago.

I never use any bad language and the past 3 bans that I have received are results directly from using harsh language and the only times I have ever used bad language, which I fully agree with. I just feel that a 2 week communication ban and then a 2 week
xbox live ban doesn't warrant what happened in this case.
