You must be 18+, you have to have the parental password. If your parents set the account up then im sorry you cant play Mature games. There is no way to take off the parent e-mail unless you have that e-mails password. Hope this helped

Its a parental feature. But i just bought it off a person and they don't remember there password to take it off.

Calling support would be best. They can work directly with you and attempt to recover your lost information. Although, there probably isn't much you can do to prove its you without the password or security answer. They may ask you info on any past memberships
and the like. Good luck!

I think the parental control takes effect over all the accounts on the xbox. without the password for the parental controls you can't get access to mature content.
