Please help I can’t get into Roblox

you would have to contact Roblox support for help with their game on non-Microsoft products. We have no ability to support them

I can’t convert it into robux because it doesn’t show the roblox robux in the redeem section so i can’t get robux

So basically I can’t get my account information back from roblox?

But at the time of making my Roblox account my dad didn’t put an email so I can’t use the account on my other devices beside the Xbox so I can’t sign into my account I contacted customer support and they said I need proof of owning the account and asked for a Roblox purchase receipt here is what they said “Please reply to this message with a copy of your Roblox, Xbox purchase receipt. You may send us your emailed receipt or a screenshot of your Roblox, Xbox purchase receipt.” the thing is I don’t know what the purchase receipt is because you don’t buy the game because it is free.

I understand how frustrating this is—you redeemed the Roblox bundle that came with your Xbox One S, but the items ended up on an old Roblox account you no longer have access to. You’ve already contacted Roblox support and they couldn’t recover the account, so now the bundle is stuck on a profile you can’t use.

Unfortunately, once the bundle is redeemed on Xbox, the items are permanently tied to the Roblox account that was signed in at the time. Microsoft can’t transfer the content to another account or reissue the bundle, even if both accounts are yours and you know exactly which one it went to.

If you're ever able to recover access to that Roblox account later on, the items should still be there. But in the meantime, there’s no way to have them moved or re-granted.

I really wish I could do more to help recover or reassign those items, but this is one of those cases where the redemption system is locked in and neither side—Microsoft or Roblox—can override it.
