    When you go to Settings on the app, and choose Console under App settings, does it show an active console ?

    Hi Night Rider. Make sure you console is set up for Remote installation.

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile and System > Settings > System > Updates and downloads.
    • Select Allow Remote Installations.

    Firstly select 'enable remote installs'

    Your console needs to be connected to a network in order to allow for the download as well.
