    Hello, For the past few weeks, me and many others are facing system update problems. The update reaches 53%,then the system just crashes! Please help us.we have tried all methods,OSU,changing sockets, etc. Xbox chat agents themselves don't have a proper solution. Help please

    please help me i am at the end of my rope

    I am not exactly sure. I was reading off of another webpage trying to figure out what to do. Start was 53 and end was 3074. I have never done anything like this before, but we know it isn't the xbox.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the recurring transaction from there? If yes, use a new tab and sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services to validate your subscription.

    If it was canceled or expired, may I ask if you have made any changes such as turning off auto-renewal? You may have accidentally canceled it.
