Please help! Halo 4 Campaign Error

Hi everyone!

A few weeks ago, i bought a CD with Halo 4 for Xbox 360. Two days ago, when i wanted to play Halo 4's campaign , it gives me an error : "The game failed to start for an unknown reason". This happened suddenly.

Please help me.

Cannot access Spartan Ops (Halo 4).

Getting the error message, "halo 4 server not available at this time please try again later" when trying to login to Spartan Ops (Halo 4). Any help, please...

That is an odd error. Have you checked the disc for scratches?

Actually, after researching online this seems to be a rare issue but one that has happened to others in the past. Where did you get the disc from? Is there a way to return it for exchange?

Perhaps there's a fix for it if you can't. You should post in the Halo forums for more information on that.
