please Help, games wont load - Error code 8027025A

Hi All Please help - my Xbox-one has been lagging for a while, and I initially thought it was the WIFI speed, but have since used an Ethernet cable, and its still the same. I cant start game apps, and also have a problem trying to
download COD WW2, it eventually downloaded after two days, but when I tried to download the update it lost the whole COD WW2 download. the whole unit is useless at the moment please help?

Using Xbox one with a 1TB Toshiba HDD, the majority of the games are on the external HDD

Cod ww2 wont load

alright so I redownload cod ww2. All my other games work fine, but this one wont load. Theres no error code, just shoots back to home. I've done a power cycle and reset but it still wont work. Help please

If the X1 isn't a slim or ❌ model, you coult try unplugging the power brick from both the console and wall socket. After the light goes completely out on the power brick, hold down the power on/off button on the console for a count of 60 and then reconnect
the power brick to the console and wall plug.

This often resolves issues, but if not. support, (chat support is a waste IMHO) and ask for. "Connections" (The most knowledgeable trouble shooter as often, they aren't temp workers)
