I'm sorry you are having problems to access the TMX app on your console.

Please try to clear your Xbox cache following these steps:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until the Xbox One completely shuts down.

Once the indicator lights on the front of the Xbox One and the console’s power brick are off, disconnect the power brick from the back of your console.

Wait at least 30 seconds.

Plug the power brick back into your Xbox One and turn it on.

Boot up the game.

Note: This will also reset your brightness setting and choice of language.

According to this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/tmx/9nblggh3z... the latest update should have resolved the crashing issue. However, if you still have trouble please scroll to the bottom of the page to find the contact information for the app as they have their email listed there.

Sorry, not mobile app, using app on Xbox one. When I have my headset plugged into my xbox one controller, I press play it closes the app. When no headset plugged in it plays fine.? Please help Thanx

To help resolve your concern with the Xbox App not opening on your Linx Vision 8, kindly perform the following the steps:

1. Make sure that your device is updated.

2. Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox app on your Windows 10 device.

3. To reinstall the app, just go to Windows Store and reinstall the app.

Note: There are a certain number of users that couldn’t remove the Xbox app, and if you are one of those users you should try to remove it using Powershell.

Having the exact same issue with mine. There was no connect option on the app when I originally turned the tablet on, so guessed it needed updating and updated it. Now it just opens briefly then closes again.

Tried the Powershell uninstall and reinstall through windows store but still no luck. Sadly those troubleshooting steps aren't useful for the issue I'm having.

I've noticed there is an issue with xbox live on the xbox app on error codes at the moment. Don't know if this is related?
