Please help correct this mistake....

Thanks for the pic. I can't see anything there that says you get a free copy of Ryse. However, what I plan on doing is letting the support agent know about the pic you posted so we can get the final word on this.

I have confirmation from the Xbox Live Rewards Admin stating that you did in fact send me an expired promotion! This isn't a debate, how many times do I have to justify myself? This is crazy. Someone with an official capacity needs to step in here!

At this point it shouldn't be a matter of confirming I'm not lying it should be taking ownership of this issue. "Xbox" has already confirmed the email exists! And that they messed up

What you'll need to do is open the email on and press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then open a program such as Paint (standard program usually found by looking in the Accessories section of the Start menu. Then past it and save it as a jpeg
file. Post it to an online service such as Photobucket where it can easily be seen and then post the link to the pic on the forums.

I'm not sure who verified the email to you but I was informed by a support agent from the forums here that those messages did not come via email. This is why we need to see a screen shot of the message so we can confirm it.

Please help correct this mistake....
