    Good Evening

    I have a a recurring bill with my Xbox live

    Unfortunately I had some bad luck and I was retrenched in July with everything that happened I forgot to cancel my recurring subscription and I see now I need to pay I'm still unemployed and looking for work iam unable to pay

    Is there any way I could cancel this but not lose my account?

    Also wanting to know if iam able to later on pay would I be paying for all the months I missed or only the one payment how does it work

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are trying to pay a past due subscription. Unfortunately, a past
    due subscription     needs to be paid there is no way to cancel it. You would need a debit/credit card or a paypal account to pay the past due balance unfortunately.

    The gold subscription is still active, when i check the friends list of my silver account i see my account still has the gold label. I can't log onto xbox.com with my gold account because i can't remember my windows live id or password because i've had this
    account for years. so i can't check that site because i need to log in on my gold accounts windows live id to see my billing information
