    Hi again Bossy, and thanks for the info!

    If you already have a Gamertag that you've used elsewhere, then it sounds like you may be signing in with the incorrect account on your PC.

    Is your profile saved on an Xbox 360 console? If so, sign into it and check your Account information there. It will have the correct email listed for the Microsoft Account.

    The difference can be as small as typing in .com instead of .co.uk, or if there is a misspelling somewhere. Let us know if you're able to check for that. =)
