Please help! Achievements on xbox one not unlocking

xbox support has brought me here, my achievements wont unlock, i have waited several days but still nothing, removed and re-added my account etc, nothing. I have definitely completed these achievements, especially in the case of guitar hero live as that
has an in game achievement tracker which is saying ive unlocked them. Please help, cant find any other solutions, thanks

this sticky for further assistance. Those are the only steps we have available for achievement troubleshooting. If they don't help you out, there is a survey at the bottom of the sticky that you will want to fill out. That is sent to the right people to
look into achievement issues. Please note that they do not fix individual achievements. The only thing that will fix them if the troubleshooting doesn't help is time. Thanks for understanding!

Is not necessary, no one here can view your account information or unlock the achievement remotely for you

If you unlocked the achievement today please try waiting 72 hours since unlocking time
If the achievement doesn’t appear please report this problem to the Xbox team

It looks like your Day One achievement has unlocked! I was able to verify this from an Xbox One console. When you get a chance, check in the Achievements app under Xbox One achievements. Please let us know if you are unable to see the achievement unlocked.

There was an issue recently with achievements not posting to user's accounts. Game Informer reached out to Microsoft and confirmed the issue was fixed but the achievements may take a couple days to finally show up in your account. Please refer to this
