    Hi everyone, Happy Holidays! I'm not sure this is the right group, but my son already had it added on my Reddit. I'll delete if I'm in the wrong place..

    My son wants a new headset. He constantly puts the freaking mic in his mouth. He always needs new headsets. He refuses to believe the ones without mics can pick up the sound properly. He has a Series S and is getting an One X for Christmas (he wanted a disc drive and backwards capability and didn't want a Series X)..

    Is there a mic that won't break the bank that you'd recommend for a preteen who can't keep his mic out of his mouth please??

    Xbox live keeps dropping out on xbox one console.

    I have looked through the trouble shooting options and all seems ok. Our xbox has to be linked wirelessly so some options I am unable to try.

    It has connected all morning and now started to drop out!

    Kids are totally fed up.

    You can try to change your safety and privacy settings to "Adult" to see if that helps any bit.
