Hi,

There are several reasons why Xbox app is having a hard time to get your conversations. Here are steps on how to clear the cache and reset Microsoft Store on Windows 10:

1. Close Windows Store app, if it’s running.



2. In the Start menu search box, type WSReset (Windows Store Reset) to see Wsreset in the search results.



3. Right-click on WSReset and then click Run as administrator option. Click Yes button when you see the User Account Confirmation box.



NOTE: If the WSReset utility is not appearing in the search result, you can launch the same from the System32 folder (Windows\System32). To open WSReset tool from System32 folder, please navigate to the drive where Windows 10 is installed (usually “C”), open
up Windows folder, and open up System32 folder. Here, you can find WSReset.exe file. Right-click on it and then click Run as administrator option.



4. The Store app should now automatically launch along with the Command Prompt. The Command Prompt window will automatically disappear after a couple of seconds.

I too get tired of "I cant take this" and "need head"...

I'll second the notion, please vote on helpful messages. I was wondering where random humanity was coming from there for awhile.

Basically, stay hollow most of the time, go human if you want to help or need help defeating a boss and pvping.

Turning yourself human while exploring is not recommended since if you die you not only lose being human but also all souls and humanity. So don't waste turning human if you think you'll be dieing constantly in an area, explore it first.

You need to use humanity at a bonfire to be come human. I usually stayed hollow unless I summoned someone for help. Another benefit to being human is your discovery rate is increased. You have a better chance of enemies dropping rare items.
