    Please help 2k support, I can't connect to the servers


    Over the last week I haven't be able to connect to the 2k15 servers, before this happened there were a couple of messages, I forgot by mistake, I think it has to do with my account that has been corrupted, because I used another
    account and it let me connect t to the servers without any problems.

    If I uninstall nba 2k14 will my my career get deleted?

    Because I want to try and uninstall than reinstall 2k because it keeps saying I can't connect to the 2k servers

    Won't connect to any game servers...

    I just bought Xbox Gold maybe an hour ago and still cannot connect to any game servers (2K, EA) and while I know 2K was having issues yesterday my brother can connect just fine while I can't connect to either. Do I need to wait a bit or what?

    NBA2k17 won't work

    2K servers are having some issues at the moment, best thing to do would be to check the 2K server status pages.

    Ok you need to contact 2k games support. Becuase as far as i am aware you need server connection for some dlc to appear, and there are no servers anymore.

    Hello thundercat31461,

    • The first step would be to check the server status, both for
      2K servers       and Xbox servers.
    • Verify other games or devices can connect to internet
    • Disconnect your router and modem for 60 seconds from the power outlet, then reconnect it.

    If your still unable to play 2K games after resetting your router and doing a power cycle on your xbox, you'll need to put a ticket in to 2Ks support team by going to: https://support.2k.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Please note: my response is based on the 2K Support troubleshooting guide. I hope
