As you're well past the time limit you wont be eligible for a refund.

You can try on the refund page HERE but i wouldn't get your hopes up.

I'd suggest getting the money from your brother & not letting anyone on your account in the future.

If doesnt work the refund auto option you will need to ask for refund in the
Customer Support.
