Please, for the love of god, let me deactivate that the Xbox Wireless Headset powers on my...

Allow me to reiterate, I want a mono wireless headset or an adapter for the 360 wireless headset to work on Xbox one. Heck, I'd be happy if they let me use my 360 wireless headset.

Please Follow These Steps : The Xbox Wireless Headset pairs with an Xbox Series X|S or Xbox One console in the same manner as an Xbox Wireless Controller:

1. Be sure that both the headset and console are powered on.
   
2. Press and hold the green power button on the headset (located on the back of the left earcup) for 4 seconds. You will hear a repeated pairing tone, and the power light on the headset will start flashing.
   
3. Press the Pair button  on your console (the same button you use to pair a wireless controller with your console). The power light on the console will start flashing.
   
4. When the headset and console connect with each other, the power lights on both devices will stop flashing.
   

To connect an Xbox Wireless Headset to a Win10, Android, or iOS device using Bluetooth:

1. Be sure that the headset is powered on.
   
2. Press and hold the green power button on the headset (located on the back of the left earcup) for 4 seconds. You will hear a repeated pairing tone, and the power light on the headset will start flashing.
   
3. Go to the Bluetooth connections menu on your device and scan for available devices. The headset should appear as Xbox Wireless Headset in the available devices list.
   
4. When the headset connects with your device, the power light will stop flashing.

Its so ridiculous we cannot use Xbox 360 wireless headset on Xbox One...Its a Microsoft product for God's sake!

Even more rediculous the incompatibility of the last version of xbox 360 wireless headset with One!

I have got the wireless headset myself too and love it so far. But there is one detail which makes me crazy.

Everytime I turn on the headset it also turns on the Xbox. Sometimes I just want to use it for Bluetooth and listen to music or watch a movie.

If this is by design maybe you can add a function that if you hold the mic button AND power on button of the headset together it will only turn on with bluetooth! Or another button action... Like dub tapping?!

As soon as you turn it off it will be normal again for the next power on.

This must be possible. It is really a feature so many people out there are waiting for. Please please please consider it.
