Please fix

Hello Microsoft I am very unhappy with your billing services. My issuse is you had a deal for xbox live it was $9.99 for 3 months I had a gift card to $15.00 I enter the code and procede to pay for this deal, first issue I run into is that after entering
my gift card I now have to enter a credit card even though I have more then enough in my Microsoft account. I am not happy bout this at all, anyways I enter a card I then continue. After completing everything I go to the xbox settings to remove the card, here
is my second issue I can't remove it cause its automatically set up for auto pay or auto renewal and there is no freakin option on your xbox one to shut it off! So to do this I had to go online not a big deal but this is where I ran into my final issue after
entering my password you must recive a verification code that is sent to your phone or email guess what never got a verification code I went to click my email oh guess what they both were my old emails even though I was logged in with my current and only one
that is up and working.

Please change the fact that you are forced to enter a credit card even after you enter a gift card or already have enough money on your Microsoft account. Stop forcing auto pay or auto renewal or just make an easy access option on
the console to shut off. You take our money no problems but when we want to cancel we have to jump through hoops not fair. One more thing I really love and appreciate the free games but why do I also have to enter a credit card for a FREE GAME! And I can't
continue to play them without internet or if I don't have xbox live gold these are not truly FREE GAMES this is false advertisement would really appreciate if you fixed.

Microsoft Bingo worked well for several weeks, now I can sometimes start a game but get kicked off during or just as the game begins. Please fix !

Xbox 360 backwards compatible Games with Gold games require a credit/debit card to allow the purchase to complete even though when you complete the purchase the game should show as free. As for the Xbox One games you don't own the games they are just available
for you to play without charge whilst you have an active gold membership.
