    Microsoft has temporarily disabled custom picture uploads for Xbox Live, including gamerpics and club images, to help it "streamline moderation"
    and support the community -- in other words, to help its staff keep up with a surge in demand from people staying at home.

    This feature is currently unavailable due to the current crisis unfortunately we do not have a time scale of when it will be available

    Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done until the whole virus situation is cleared.

    Health and Safety of the staff is important to Microsoft. They have focused all the staff that are available towards keeping the servers up and running and thus disabling the less important features at the moment.
