    cant download game updates

    I bought forza 3 tried to download an update for it and the update did not finish downloading. I cleared cache on my harddrive and I put the disk in but the update did not finish downloading. I put I other games and the updates for those games would not
    finish either. PLEASE HELP!

    Things I have tried:

    • on a different console
    • tested xbl connection
    • cleared cache

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately, if the headset is not compatible then there is nothing that can be done about the update issue at the moment.

    What I would suggest is put a post in the Feedback Forums to see if they can't add a compatibility patch for that headset for you.

    Installment problems

    Sorry to hear it. Odds are that updates for the game are interfering with the install. Please try taking the console offline for the install and then reconnect it when the install is finished to get the updates for the game.

    Minecraft Launcher won't install

    I see, please go to the Microsoft Store, and in the upper right corner, click on the arrow pointing down, check if there are updates to be made, if not click on get updates, most likely a game service update will appear, please do download the update, wait for it to finish and restart your computer.

    P.s. I used the USB update to fixed my problem.
