    Please explain why minecraft can't be transfer?


    Hi, Microsoft Team, Mr. Bill Gates, Mojang Team, and Minecraft

    I've contacted Microsoft's team and asked for a recovery account three times.

    The team asked me to fill out the ACSR form at the final and await the answer.

    The automated bot declined my recovery request the first two times.

    The team manually helped me recover the account and verify that I was the owner with the information I had given the third time.

    They also asked me to create a new account for the recovery.

    Microsoft knew I was the account owner and my account was getting hacked, but they couldn't help me transfer the Mojang account details to my new Microsoft account.

    I'm a huge fan of Minecraft, and I've purchased Minecraft Stories Mode, Minecraft Dungeon, Minecraft Java Edition, Minecraft Bedrock, and the iOS and Android versions! I purchased Minecraft Java and Bedrock versions separately when I was a kid!

    And here's the team's reply.

    They ask me to repurchase all the games!

    I'm so disappointed!

    Sony closed down the forums they used to have so that might explain why you couldn't find any, As far as I'm aware as is the case with the Xbox version of Minecraft you can't add you own custom skins to Minecraft on the PS4.
