Please explain to me what more i have to do

Please for the love of god explain to me what more I have to do to get cheaters banned.

CONSTANTLY reporting AND blocking the SAME CHEATERS over and over again and they still always get in my games and never get banned.

Reporting so many cheaters but u guys DO NOT DO ANYTHING!!

Is the reporting feature just for show or do you actually do something with it?

I'm playing madden which has the WORST devloper in gaming AND the WORST community in gaming and thats BEFORE cheaters constantly get put in my games.

So please, tell me what I can do to get these cheaters banned, because your reporting system is not it.

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans. Reporting the players is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate them. Depending on the game, you may also be able to report them through the publishers. In the case of Madden, I'm not sure if EA has a reporting system, but you could check with them as well.

They do not have thier own system. Can u BAN ea themselves if they dont follow through on banning cheaters? or punish them in someway to ensure they do thier job?

They instantly ban people for auction issues even incorrectly most of the time but i have NEVER seen or heard of them ban a single soul for cheating. it is running rampant and ruining the game and they dont do a thing because they KNOW that cheaters spend the most real $$ on thier game.

as you are playing on ea servers then it takes time for microsoft to request any info from them regarding in game cheating as microsoft don't have access to ea servers to check themselves.

EA are free to do as they please, it's their servers.
