Here is the problem. Everyone seems to think it is up to MS to fix the problem of modding/cheating. It isn't their responsibility. It is the responsibility of the
Game Developer to fix their game(s) to disallow the use of mods/cheats. The only thing MS can do is punish the players who do this while using XBL to access the online portion of the game(s). That effort however will be in vain unless the Game
Developer(s) step up and actually do something about it.



The only thing you can do is file a complaint
against modders/cheaters so MS can take action against them. Enforcement action is not instant. So report and move on. If you really want to stop the modding/cheating then you need to take this argument to the Game Developer. If enough people complain
to them about it they would have no choice but to do one of two things:



-fix the problem

-admit they are not going to do anything about it and potentially lose future revenue on future titles.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread up. The issue at hand has already been addressed and the attacks are unnecessary, especially when users have tried to advise you on the correct procedure. If you have any problems or questions, please feel free

People here have already gone above and beyond our duty to warn you considering the fact that this is a public forum that is not officially monitored by ANYONE officially affiliated with Microsoft. Like I said before, I am a computer programmer and I actually
started programming about the time that the original Xbox was released, which is probably before you were even capable of forming full sentences.

MS is not going to replace any console that you had "repaired' by your teenage friend. You've already been given sound advice on how to handle the situation. If you want to continue to freak out and be naive then that's your prerogative.

I also meant a programming back door that people make in order to fix the system in case the system needs repairs or adjustments. You guys don't even seem like you know what the hell computer programming is.
