    PLEASE do not shutdown Xbox Fitness


    Kinect camera was the only reason I bought Xbox One, I and my wife use Xbox Fitness almost everyday. We are very happy with it. Please reconsider a way to keep using the app. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Xbox Fitness End of Life?

    This is a Xbox Fitness Supporter from China. Not only I got my 8 packs from it, I also solved so many networking and connection promblems that US Fitness user did not need to face. I will do everything I can do to make the great app reachable. Microsoft
    Please, tell us more about why you have to shutdown the service.

    No chance of that now - it is done deal.

    I got all my money back in Microsoft credits about 6 weeks ago for the workouts I had bought.

    I'm planning for an alternative as the freebie workouts go away at the end of the year and then the ones I did buy go away next June.

    Sorry not to have something more positive to reply to you.

    I was connecting wirelessly to my WiFi just fine for a weeks, now it no longer connects.

    Hey there G 7ven!

    Sorry to hear about the WiFi troubles.

    Could you please try doing a hard shutdown on your Xbox One? You can do this by (when the console is turned on) holding down the glowing Xbox Logo on the front of your console (power button) for 10 seconds. This will shutdown the console.

    After doing this, please try again =)
