Please deposit Xbox Live Rewards

Every time I try to deposit my rewards, they don't go through. I have talked to support Ref #1366861912. This is what I see:

Xbox Live Rewards Deposit

I have an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit of $##.##
on my MS account. I have spoken to support and they said the deposit should be in my Xbox Live Rewards but I cannot see it there - please help

I have received an Xbox live rewards deposit for $##.##

I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

Hi candd2009. The attempt made to deposit to your Microsoft account was in 2014. The Payment Operations team has put in a fix accounts with your deposit issue. On your Rewards page you can request for a deposit and it will be made on the 29th. If you are
still receiving a deposit issue notice, reach out to us again. Thanks!

If the 3200 you are referring to is from a Xbox Live Rewards statement email, please keep in mind that Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs with different currency. For example, we see that you had a lifetime
amount of 3250 Xbox Live Rewards Credits. All these Credits were converted into your local currency and deposited on June 19th. This deposit was spent shortly afterward on a series of purchases. A record of your transactions, including this deposit, can be
found on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

Could you log into Microsoft Commerce and check for an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit on June 21st, 2016? If you see the deposit there, that means you're in good shape! Please be sure to report back here
if you do not see an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit from June 21st on that page I linked so we can take a deeper look.

The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:

How long does it take for Pending Points to be deposited into my Xbox LIVE account? A. It may take up to 30 days for Pending Rewards Points to be deposited into your Xbox LIVE account. Microsoft Points
are deposited in increments of 100 or more, and they will be deposited by the 15th and 30th of each month. Visit the Xbox LIVE Rewards website often to see your Pending balance and how many Rewards Points you've been awarded. Pending Points will not display
in your Total Rewards Points Awarded.
