i had 50,000 credits deposited on 12/6/16. they have not been converted and deposited into my microsoft account on the 15th. Also, there is no option to trigger a deposit as mentioned in the FAQ section. please convert immediately so I can use them towards
my purchase!

If you don't redeem the gems by June 15, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

If you have any pending credits by May 31, 2018, they will be deposited into your account as currency by the end of June. If there is an issue depositing credits into your account, they will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points.

I have just redeemed 800 Ms points and its converted it to cash thats in my 'microsoft account' but when I try to purchase a picture pack it says ''your credit card info couldnt be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft Account or try again
later'' I dont have a credit card and I have money in my Microsoft account so whats the problem?! PLEASE HELP

There is no way of purchasing the game through split payments. You have one of three options if you're looking to buy the game - 1.) Go to gamestop and get a $20 card 2.) Go on Amazon and purchase a 400 Microsoft point card (They're sent to you instantly
and the Microsoft points are converted into Xbox Cash) 3.) Use your credit card for the whole purchase. Sorry, but that's all you can do.
