Just found out that all my notification emails have been going to an old email that I took off my xbox account a year ago. I have no access to that email. I need to know if rewards have been going to that old address instead of the correct one. I could
be missing out on rewards, I have no idea. Even after I changed my notification email, when I lot into xbox.com/rewards it still shows my old address. Please contact me at [Personal Information Removed]. I've called xbox support twice, chatted once, and
opened a ticket once in the last 3 days. they said this is the only way to contact you....

I need help it said my console was banned(PLEASE READ)

Hello and yea I was wondering it the XBL enforcement team would please read this and help me out
Last night I was playing black ops when it said dissconnected from Xbox live profile signed in elsewhere and then it said my profile was suspended and then a second later I tried to sign in on one of my other accounts and then it said I had been Console Banned and I was wondering if I could get some information on why this has happens
My gamer tag was-(Stealth Servers) guys please comment and help me out it would really help me outClick to expand...

The XBL enforcement team probably won't read this - you should contact XBL support. The person who signed into your account probably did something very bad to get your account Console Banned - the only other possibility is that you were Console Banned to keep your details secure and that you should contact Microsoft.

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.

If you cannot locate or access the account that has the subscription, then you need to speak with your financial institution and have them cancel the card and block further Microsoft purchases.
