The enforcement team does not use the forums and only an enforcement team member can respond to any suspensions they issue.

If the account received a permanent suspension, there is nothing that can be done as a

case review can only be submitted if the suspension was issued within the last 12 months.

No,afraid not.You need to appeal any enforcement action within 12 months of it being issued so as yours is from 5 years ago it's too late & there is nothing you can do.

According to this webpage
www.displaylag.com/display-database that TV has an input lag of 40ms, which is considered good. That looks like good deal. My Samsung plasma is still going strong after 5+ years of gaming on it, and no burn-in!
