Please change the email on my xbox account

Microsoft has declined the form is sent 7 times now I have filled out every single question and I am about 2 attempts away from taking microsoft to court to get my account back it has 7 years of progress just lost because Microsoft could not be **** to send me a update your security info email I have hardly slept since I lost this account and Microsoft is the worst company in the world for customer service I just want MY account back i can't get in to change the email address and microsoft refuses to help the company should be sued until bankruptcy

But you can change the email (login data) if it is not a microsoft email.
