Please can you relist the the Halo Xbox 360 games for a bit especially Halo Spartan Assault?

I could not see a query on this, but apologies if there is.

Please stop delisting games without warning, especially when you have control over it, like with the Halo games. You give one years notice for server closures, so you can easily give time
for delistings even it was just a week. The fact that you did not is just cruel, evil, despicable and just a plain down greedy move

The xbox terms (which Microsoft/Xbox support keep regurgitating) say games can be removed at any time, but that should only be in cases where things are beyond your your control like in legal disputes
as was the case with The Sinking City.

If you are going to carry on delisting without warning on any game, with intent to do so It forces me to have to buy all games now in case any get delisted tomorrow, so now I can not buy a series
x as will have no money left. If you gave warning I could keep saving for a series x, and then only buy the games that are just about to be delisted.

If I buy stuff now and none of it gets delisted according to Trading Standards I could take legal action and refund it all, as these delistings without warning pressurizes you into buying stuff
you do not need yet, and is regarded as “aggressive selling”

I am not going to go taking legal action as do not want to risk losing my Xbox / Microsoft account, there is too much to lose, but I will not be buying or playing Halo Infinite when it releases,
and I doubt I will be buying a Series S or Series X, that is not a threat or boycott, as I will be spending all my money buying up all the Xbox 360 games I would like to play, and have no money for another console.

Which totals £100.54, now if that is the same for games B-Z+numbers as well then that would total £2714.58 which is like 6 Series X consoles.

That is ridiculous to pay all that just because you put the fear in to buy them now or miss out totally, with delistings without notice.

I would rather play the these games than what I see coming, and Halo Infinite will probably be another Cyberpunk like disaster, plus if you keep me annoyed about missing out on Halo Spartan Assault
all year then I will end up hating the Halo series and 343 with a passion, and if I can miss out on Spartan Assault Xbox 360 then I can miss out on Infinite too

On 19th Dec The Halo Xbox 360 games were delisted and was announced the servers for the games were shutting down in a year in Dec 2021. Understandable but the problem is there was no notice for
the delistings, which is not cool.

I previously queried this and got response “You can still get the game on the Xbox One or the Xbox Series X. Games from the Online Microsoft store can be removed
at any time but currently can be purchased using the link provided in the previous email”

If that is your solution then you really do not understand us at all, and no wonder Xbox is 2nd place to PlayStation. When PlayStation sunsetted Driveclub they
gave 5 months notice to buy the games and DLC and 12 months notice for server shutdowns.

I already have the Xbox ONE version, but I want the Xbox 360 version to play with my Xbox 360 only friends

You can not play multiplayer across Xbox ONE and Xbox 360.

Are you saying that my friends need to buy a Xbox ONE or series X and buy the Xbox ONE version so we can play the game? Well that is not happening.

If that is the reason you delisted games with no notice then microsoft can get lost, and none of us will buy series x.

I understand games could get removed at any time, even The Sinking City and Cyberpunk were removed from playstation store without warning, but this was down to legal issues and problems beyond
the control of Sony PlayStation. Sinking City was removed from Xbox store shortly afterwards, but it gave me heads up and I bought it from the Microsoft Store before it was delisted.

This situation with Halo is intentional, and with servers shutting down next year it was all planned, and done by choice, and is not out of your control, and you decided to delist games without
warning, which I can only understand as being done solely for your own benefit and is anti consumer, so you scare us into buying other digital games full price in case they get delisted tomorrow, or to force us to buy a series x. You decided to delist without
warning, which can only be understood, as it was done driven by pure greed.

Last year (2019) Minecraft Story Mode Season 2 for the Xbox 360 was delisted, but was relisted for a week, after weeks of complaints. If that can get relisted so can the Halo games, even more so.
From my understanding was telltale games went bankrupt and the license expired,, and no way to renew. I complained about it but I was just expecting the downloads to be fixed. If I knew that it needed to be relisted to get the downloads to work, I would not
have held hope in it.

If, hypothetically speaking, minecraft story mode season 2 never got fixed, and I understood it was because it needed relisting then I would have accepted it.

I am not accepting the delisting of Halo as it is your biggest ip, and you have given a year long timeframe to play online with my Xbox 360 friends but I can not. 343 or Microsoft are not going
bust, you two are not having legal issues, so there is no reason to delist with no warning other than pure greed.

You are exploiting the fact that games can be delisted at any moment.

If Halo Spartan Assault was single player only or online services for it shut down already then there would be less desire to buy it, and less motivation for you to relist

But as Satya Nadella says “When everybody plays we all win” so delisting without warning means I can not play with my Xbox 360 friends and the delistings goes against your boss

It is so frustrating as before 19th Dec we could have bought the Halo games. If you said on 12th Dec or before that the games were being delisted then we could have bought and all be happy.

It all just frustrates and scares me into buying digital goods just incase they get delisted tomorrow, but can not buy everything otherwise will go bankrupt, then I go crazy as can not decide what
to buy first, so if this nonsense continues of delistings without warning then will just have to give up on this hobby, as it is bad for health, and is not welcome at all during these horrible COVID times, and over christmas. My anxiety levels have increased
over the last week because of all this, and Companies should be more caring and thoughtful to customers, especially during these COVID times, than force them buy goods immediately do not want yet.

I would like Halo games relisted for a bit longer, so I can buy them, or be given access to them, or failing that I want Satya Nadella to personally apologize to me for the poor handling of the
Halo Xbox 360 sunsetting. As if I just get response from anyone else, saying the games can not be relisted for sale, then I will take it as a fob off.

Please work with the necessary departments to get these Halo games relisted, even for a bit, as I believe this was done without clearly thinking it all through.

Nobody I have seen on the internet, thinks the delistings were necessary, and no one understands it.

Also of note the original Xbox version of Halo CE has not been delisted so it seems that if the Halo games were not BC then they would not be delisted, and remain safe on just the Xbox 360
