PUBG on Xbox One now includes micro transactions that are called G-Coins. These are used to purchase various customization options in the PUBG in game Store. That may be what you purchased as a listed Add-on for PUBG.

If you are referring to redeeming Rewards points for PUBG credits, that option does not currently exist. An alternative you have is to redeem the points for a gift card that will give you Microsoft credit and with that credit you can buy the item you want.
