Please can someone help with being terminated?

Hey,

My account got terminated or suspended; I don't know. I was hacked shortly before; this, meaning roughly a year ago. I have never used support, because I thought it was permanently deleted. I decided to try, because I had loads of Forza Horizon 4 vehicles and money. This upsets me because I wasted time in games, spent time playing productive Minecraft worlds, and then get hacked.

I can go back on the account and on the xbox website it says "The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available.

Error code: 7rIljkpXS0G5B3Hs6eo52D.15"
