It sounds like your accounts may have been linked together, which can happen if you use the same email address or phone number for both accounts.



To unlink your accounts, you'll need to sign in to each account separately and follow these steps:

1. Go to account.microsoft.com and sign in to the account you want to unlink.

2. Click on "Security" and then "More security options."

3. Scroll down to "Other security settings" and click on "Manage advanced security."

4. Under "Linked accounts," click on "Remove" next to the account you want to unlink.

Hello, what you can do is clear your system cache and reset your network configuration to factory default. You can also have a look at this link as this can help you with your issue (support.xbox.com/.../connectivity-solutions).
