Please can I get help changing country/region for payment purposes :)

Hi, I would like some help to change my tweens country/region for payment purposes. We live in New Zealand and I have a New Zealand credit card and address attached to his account. However, when I go to pay his account shows United States and the country box is greyed out so I cannot change it. This means he is unable to make purchases in his Xbox account as I have to add an address. I’ve looked online for support and looked in his settings and my settings, but with no luck. I’m really hoping someone can help as he’d love to be able to buy something from one of the Xbox games he is playing. Many thanks, Jo

You have to do a region migration at account.microsoft.com

And manage my region

This can only be done every 3months

Hai Kyle... thank u so much for ur quick reply. Unfortunately, your suggestion is still NOT working. I already use the link that you gave to me, and change the country region, but the payment method it is locked in country/region for "USA". I can not change the "country/region". And also... there is no more options for PAYPAL for me. Why ???
