Please bring back the Xbox chatpad

if it is bringing back that screen then the issue is with the password

i suggest using a USB keyboard or chatpad

also i'd check with a live site to confirm the password for the parental email

i want them to bring out the chatpad like they had for the 360 i loved that thing

The ability to listen to music is still there, when you start a music app and then play your game if you tap the xbox button your music will show up in the guide with the appropriate controls.

You may have to wiggle the chatpad around to be sure that it's properly aligned to get it to fit onto your Xbox One S controller. Be sure that the prongs and such are aligned correctly and then try wiggling things to see if you can get it to pop on. Are
you able to try your Xbox One chatpad on a different Xbox One controller? Preferably not an Xbox One S version. If you don't have one available, you could bring your chatpad to a local retailer and ask if you can try it there.
