Please assist me with my game, I tried everything and it doesn't work.

I recently redeemed a digital code for NieR: Automata – Become as Gods Edition on my Microsoft account. The redemption process was successful, and the game appears in my order history as "Completed." However, I am unable to install or access the game in any way.

### Issue Details:

1. Game Appears in Order History:

- The purchase is recorded on both my Microsoft account (via web) and on my Xbox Series X console.



2. Game is Not in My Library:

- It does not appear under My Games & Apps > Full Library > Owned Games or Ready to Install.

- I manually checked every item in the list—it's missing.

3. Store Page Says "Owned" But Won't Let Me Install:

- When I visit the game's Microsoft Store page ([link here](https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/store/nier-automata-become-as-gods-edition/9pm2p9hqd1ml)), it recognizes that I own the game.

- However, when I press "Install," I get the standard Xbox installation pop-up, but the actual install option is missing. The only options are "Launch" (which does nothing) and "Exit."

4. Troubleshooting Steps I've Already Tried:

- Checked "Ready to Install" in My Games & Apps – The game is missing.

- Tried Installing from the Microsoft Store Website – No install option appears.

- Restarted & Power Cycled My Console – No change.

- Checked System Updates – Everything is up to date.

- Checked "Hidden Games" in My Library – Not there.

- Verified the Game License in Order History – Purchase is confirmed as "Completed" with no refund or issues.

- Tried installing it through the link in my order history on my Xbox – it sends me to the page of the game, but instead of the button saying "Install, you own this" it says "not currently available, Continue shopping"
