Every complaint is investigated by the enforcement team. It only takes one valid complaint for them to suspend/ban an account/console and they will only do so if they find that you have violated the terms of service.

Also, phone support does not handle suspensions/bannings, so even if they called support and gave them false claims, phone support would not have done anything.

Call microsoft 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they will help you.

you console was only banned cause YOU violated the TOS not cause somebody reported you (real or fake report).
