I have not been online for a few weeks but I must say that you guys have been great at keeping this forum up to date on all the latest COD BLOPS 2 info. I have looked into thread after thread full of poster information, links, and videos full of blops 2

You know, this senseless scaremongering some people like to do is just silly. PSN Xbox Live.

If it's any reassurance, I google their gamertags, and I get some very interesting results. It wouldn't shock me if they've had console and account bans before. In fact, I just google'd one of them and it talks about an account suspension. The enforcement
team are doing their job.

But given this is not a forum to air your grievances in public, and you seem unwilling to use the appropiate tool provided, I'm going to ask for this thread to be deleted.

You should be able to if you are buying things and using the same Microsoft Account and Epic account on both the console and the PC.

If you have already installed the game on your PC off of
Epic's site, you will be asked what kind of platform you'd like to use and you'll be asked to enter your information.

Do not spam the board with multiple posts about the same question, not only is it distracting but we cannot see your original question.

To answer the original question, you have a closed NAT due to your new network. This should have been posted in the "Connecting to Xbox LIVE" forum--the proper forum for this type of issue--where you would have received a much quicker response.
