Have opted out and opted back in as changed regions. Please can you restore previously rewarded points and add my points not rewarded over the past year.

i just bought the Xbox one X and i didn't receive my Xbox reward points. can someone please let me know why i didn't receive my points and can someone please add my points to my account please.

Please manually convert my rewards point to microsoft currency

The Feb 22 bulk fix did not work for my account. Please manually add any unposted reward points and convert all to Microsoft currency

The last date any reward points were added to my account was prior to my March 2014 statement. Please confirm when my account balance has been updated.

i bought a 3 month game pass with my reward points, first it said ok sending email of redeemed code then error message saying not enough points. Add you can see with the photos added there was enough points and then suddenly it said not enough points. I
had over 31,000 points minus 17,000 for the 3 month game pass which left me with under 15,000 points. This was bought on the 6th of June..

Can you please help me solve this problem with my Xbox game pass and points please, thank you....

Sometimes microsoft rewards also does not add earned points at all.

I received the same message. Trying to redeem my 500 points has been a joke. Everything is "out of stock" whenever I have tried.... from the company itself that provides the reward and is a digital reward?? Add "Mm" to "Hmm...". This is why I usually don't
even bother with these VIP points, rewards, etc. There always seems to be a "problem".
